**Jr. Software Engineer** **About the Role** Join Accenture Federal Services and help tackle some of the nation's most important challenges. As a Software Engineer, you'll be part of a collaborative team building cutting-edge software solutions for the US federal government. **What You'll Do** • Design, build, and maintain software systems from large-scale data platforms to real-time analytics • Collaborate with stakeholders to transform ideas into new features and user-friendly designs • Write, test, and debug clean, efficient code to ensure reliable and performant systems • Develop and implement robust algorithms to solve interesting problems • Work with your team to test software, create documentation, and maintain high standards **What You'll Need** • 0-2 years of experience with at least one programming language (Java, Python, C++, JavaScript) • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field *(4 years of relevant experience can substitute for a degree)* **Bonus Skills** • Language-specific frameworks (Spring, React, Django, Qt, etc.) • Agile/Scrum methodologies • CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins) • SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) • NoSQL databases (ElasticSearch, MongoDB) • AWS services and cloud development • Docker and Kubernetes **Requirements** • TS/SCI with polygraph level clearance required • US work authorization (no visa sponsorship) **Compensation** $90,000 – $120,000 USD *(for CA, CO, HI, IL, ME, MD, MA, MN, NJ, NY, VT, VA, WA, DC, and Cleveland)* **Why Join Us** Glassdoor Top 100 Best Place to Work.
