**ServiceNow Developer - HRSD** **About the Role** Join Accenture Federal Services as a ServiceNow Developer implementing solutions for a large federal agency. You'll work on a team responsible for implementing and configuring multiple modules within the IT Service Management suite. **Key Responsibilities** • Application sustainment support and development of future capabilities • Work in an Agile environment, both independently and as part of a team • Application configuration, report/dashboard development, and data migration • Custom development and 3rd party integrations • Unit testing and defect resolution • Production migration of changes • Technical design and documentation • Collaborate with stakeholders to build ServiceNow solutions **Required Qualifications** • 2+ years of ServiceNow development or administration experience • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator OR Security+ certification • Active Top Secret security clearance (must be willing to obtain SCI and polygraph) **Bonus Qualifications** • HR Service Delivery (HRSD) experience in ServiceNow • ITSM experience • Custom application development experience • Bachelor's degree **Compensation** $104,300 – $149,900 USD (for select states and DC) **About Accenture Federal Services** Recognized as a Glassdoor Top 100 Best Place to Work.
