You'll leverage strong Pega platform expertise to build process models, business rules, user interfaces, and marketing campaign requirements. **Key Responsibilities** • Configure Pega applications (process models, business rules, user interfaces) • Create functional requirements for marketing campaigns and business workflows • Analyze, design, and support implementation of Pega solutions • Support user acceptance testing and business readiness activities • Work on application performance tuning and improvements • Design well-documented, supportable Pega components • Maintain and enhance existing developments • Collaborate with cross-functional teams **Required Qualifications** • Pega Certification (PCSA or CSSA) • Hands-on experience configuring Pega solutions • Experience gathering requirements and translating to functional designs • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills • Ability to work with business and technical stakeholders • Strong communication and documentation skills • U.S. Citizen with eligibility for government Public Trust Clearance **Nice to Have** • Experience with user readiness, testing cycles, or enterprise deployments • Knowledge of Pega solution frameworks and best practices • Exposure to marketing automation or campaign management • Bachelor's degree in related field **Compensation** $106,300 – $221,100 USD (for select high-cost states and DC) **Equal Opportunity Employer** Accenture Federal Services is committed to creating an inclusive workplace and is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
