**Technology Strategy & Roadmap Architect** **About the Role** Provide leadership on Enterprise Management products and services for federal clients. Oversee ITSM and Enterprise Monitoring support activities, serving as the primary technical point of contact for all Enterprise Management Services matters. **Key Responsibilities** • Provide engineering expertise for design, development, implementation, operations and sustainment of Enterprise Management Services • Lead research, analysis, and solution design for modernization of existing Enterprise Management solutions • Drive strategic technical innovation in complex Enterprise Management operations • Deliver technical analysis and integration advice on high-level functional systems **Required Qualifications** • U.S. Citizen • Specialized experience implementing/architecting Enterprise Management technologies with DoW capabilities • Experience leading design/implementation of complex enterprise management IT solutions on large programs ($50M+ contract value) • Minimum 5 years leadership experience as chief architect, chief engineer, functional manager, or team lead • Experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow or BMC Remedy) for enterprises with 5,000+ users • Experience modernizing complex enterprise management systems • Experience presenting to senior customer management and stakeholders • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Communications, Engineering, or IT-related field (or 4 years equivalent IT engineering experience) • ITIL v3 Foundation and CompTIA Security+ certifications **Desired Qualifications** • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator • Enterprise management experience with NGA capabilities • 5+ years supporting IC or DoD agency cloud adoption/transition (including hybrid cloud) • Experience applying ICD 503 or DCID 6/3 requirements • 5+ years working with NGA or IC ITE engineering working groups **Clearance** Active Top Secret required; must be willing to obtain SCI and polygraph **Compensation** $174,300 – $217,700 USD (for select states/locations) #clearancejobs
