We serve the US federal government across defense, national security, public safety, civilian, and military health organizations. **The Role** Design, develop, and implement end-to-end SAP solutions for Defense programs. Act as a bridge between functional requirements and technical execution while ensuring compliance with Defense regulations. **Key Responsibilities** • **Solution Architecture & Design** – Design scalable, secure, compliant SAP solutions aligned with DoD standards; develop architecture roadmaps; identify gaps and recommend improvements • **Stakeholder Engagement** – Collaborate with stakeholders and analysts; translate complex business needs into SAP technical solutions • **Implementation & Integration** – Guide SAP module configuration (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, PM, HR, WM, FM); ensure integration with legacy DoD systems; support data migration and validation • **Governance & Compliance** – Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity standards (RMF, STIGs); maintain technical documentation • **Leadership & Support** – Serve as technical authority on SAP matters; mentor junior consultants; support testing and training **Required Qualifications** • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred) • 8+ years SAP experience (3+ years as Solution Architect) • Experience supporting Defense SAP implementations • Deep understanding of SAP architecture and defense-relevant modules • Strong knowledge of Defense business processes, procurement systems, and compliance requirements • Familiarity with Defense cybersecurity frameworks and system accreditation **Bonus Qualifications** • SAP certifications in relevant modules or architecture • Prior military or federal program experience • SAP Enhancement pack upgrades/migrations in defense context • Agile or SAFe methodology experience in government IT • Strategic thinking, excellent communication, technical leadership, strong documentation skills **Compensation** $126,300 – $243,100 USD (for CA, CO, HI, IL, ME, MD, MA, MN, NJ, NY, VT, VA, WA, DC, and Cleveland) **Equal Opportunity Employer** Accenture Federal Services is committed to creating an inclusive workplace and is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and Affirmative Action Employer for Veterans and Individuals with Disabilities.
