**Data Engineer Senior Analyst** **About the Role** Join Accenture Federal Services as a Data Engineer at the Senior Analyst level. You'll be a key contributor building and maintaining data pipelines for a data platform in a mission-critical environment. This hands-on role involves supporting development, deployment, and operation of critical data infrastructure while working closely with senior engineers. **Responsibilities** • Assist in development and maintenance of ETL/ELT data pipelines using established patterns and tools • Utilize reusable pipeline templates and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) scripts for consistent deployment • Support operations and maintenance of existing pipelines through monitoring, troubleshooting, and alert response • Execute data quality checks and implement data validation rules using frameworks like Great Expectations • Test and deploy new pipeline features and optimizations with senior team members • Create and maintain technical documentation for data pipelines and processes **Must Have** • 2+ years experience in a data-focused role (data engineering, backend development, database administration) • Python and SQL proficiency for data manipulation and scripting • Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts • Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and platforms like Databricks or Snowflake • Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies • Strong desire to learn and grow in data engineering • US Citizenship • Active TS or TS/SCI security clearance **Nice to Have** • Spark/PySpark experience • Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform • Data orchestration tools (Airflow) or CI/CD pipelines • DoD or government environment experience **Compensation** $76,100 – $136,700 USD (for select states and DC) Accenture Federal Services is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
