**Infrastructure Systems Administrator** **Company Overview** At Accenture Federal Services, we help the US federal government make the nation stronger and safer—driving positive, lasting change for defense, national security, public safety, civilian, and military health missions. **Summary** AFS is seeking an **Infrastructure Systems Administrator** responsible for the administration, integration, modernization, and day-to-day operational support of a **self-hosted ServiceNow platform deployed on AWS** in a government/defense environment. You’ll work as part of a small, highly technical team supporting both the underlying infrastructure and advanced AI capabilities built on top of it. **Responsibilities** **Platform Administration & Operations** - Administer **RHEL 9** and **Windows** servers supporting a self-hosted **ServiceNow** environment on **AWS** - Manage and maintain core **AWS infrastructure** including **EC2**, **RDS**, **Application Load Balancers (ALBs)**, **security groups**, and related services - Work incidents and service requests related to **platform health, stability, and performance** - Perform minor and major **upgrades** to the ServiceNow platform and underlying infrastructure with minimal service disruption **AI & Advanced Capabilities Engineering** - Deploy, configure, and maintain ServiceNow AI capabilities including **Now Assist**, **AI Search (AIS)**, **Predictive Intelligence**, and **AI Control Tower** - Integrate ServiceNow with **AWS Bedrock** and **LLM backends** to enable generative AI features in a self-hosted, classified environment - Support **MCP (Model Context Protocol)** server configuration and integration with AI tooling - Maintain platform-level configuration and integration across AI capability modules **Engineering & Modernization** - Develop **proof-of-concept (POC)** solutions and investigate emerging technologies relevant to the platform and mission - Produce engineering recommendations based on evolving technical requirements, customer needs, and technology advancements - Maintain and modernize infrastructure as platform capabilities and government requirements evolve **Integration & Collaboration** - Work directly with integration partners to troubleshoot and resolve issues from third-party integrations - Support other teams with platform-related needs (e.g., **CMDB administration**, discovery configuration, and ad hoc technical assistance) - Collaborate with stakeholders to translate operational and customer requirements into technical solutions **Technical Environment** - **Operating Systems:** RHEL 9, Windows Server - **Cloud Platform:** AWS (EC2, RDS, ALB, Security Groups, Bedrock) - **ITSM Platform:** ServiceNow (self-hosted, Zurich) **Qualifications** - Experience with **Linux server administration** - Experience with **Amazon Web Services (AWS)** - Experience with **ServiceNow** **Nice to Have** - Experience with **AWS AI Services** - **ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)** **Clearance** - **Active TS/SCI required** **Pay Range (where applicable)** - **$138,600 – $170,100 USD** **Tags** #LI-Defense • #LI-Hybrid • #clearancejobs
