Join a collaborative, caring community where you’re empowered to grow through hands-on experience, certifications, industry training, and more. **Job Description** Accenture Federal Services is seeking a **Senior Cloud Platform Engineer** to work in an Agile IT environment establishing cloud-based technology in a **government-provided hybrid cloud**. You’ll focus on **security, performance, operability, and scale** for customers using the client’s technology. You will ensure the **reliability, availability, and performance** of cloud-based services and infrastructure, troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues, optimize cloud environments, and support deployment and maintenance of cloud applications. You’ll also help develop and articulate **cloud technology roadmaps** and drive strategic initiatives aligned with business goals. **The Work** - Drive technical design by collaborating with leads and product owners to understand solution requirements and identify architectural patterns - Help development and engineering teams resolve application-to-platform integration issues for **PaaS** and **IaaS** services - Apply a thorough understanding of **ML, data analysis, data visualization, and event-driven architectures** - Collaborate with end-users to optimize integration and user experience - Develop cloud reference architectures to support customer requirements - Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and articulate cloud technology roadmaps that drive strategic initiatives - Ensure cloud roadmaps align with business goals and support long-term growth and scalability - Support deployment and operation of cloud-based applications with development teams - Identify and resolve cloud-related issues and improve overall system performance with cross-functional teams - Provide training and guidance to junior team members and customers on cloud technologies and best practices
