**Accenture Federal Services — Sr. Full Stack Engineer** **The Work** Design, develop, and optimize user-facing and back-end systems with a strong focus on high-performance React and Java applications. Translate complex data into intuitive, insightful visual experiences in a fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities** - **Architect & Develop:** Build architecture for complex applications using React, Java, and cloud-native tools with performance, scalability, and reusability in mind. - **Component Library:** Create and maintain a scalable, reusable component library for consistent UI/UX. - **Code Standards & Best Practices:** Define and enforce standards for responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. - **Performance Optimization:** Improve performance using techniques like lazy loading, code splitting, and caching. - **Mentorship & Collaboration:** Mentor junior developers and promote continuous learning. **Here’s What You Need** - **5+ years** full stack development with significant React experience. - Advanced React knowledge (Redux, Hooks, Context API) and **modern TypeScript**. - Expertise in **API development** (RESTful design, versioning, authentication such as OAuth/JWT, rate limiting, and documentation like OpenAPI/Swagger). - Strong understanding of synchronous/asynchronous workflows (event-driven architecture, message queuing, promises, async/await, and backend multi-threading considerations). - Experience with **Microservices** and/or backend web servers (e.g., Python FastAPI, Ruby on Rails). - Hands-on **AWS** cloud infrastructure experience. - **Active Secret Clearance**. - Ability to work **on-site in Arlington, VA** **2–3 days/week**. **Location / Tags** - Arlington, VA (Hybrid) - #LI-modernengineering #LI-Hybrid #LI-PublicSafety **Compensation (Pay Range)** $91,300 — $184,900 USD (varies by location and experience)
