## Full Stack Software Engineering Manager **About the Role** Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineering Manager to join a highly skilled, multi-discipline software development team. You'll provide expert technical leadership on multiple projects, focusing on designing, building, and optimizing software applications that enable advanced analytics, machine learning, and mission-critical decision support. **Key Responsibilities** • Architect and implement software solutions integrating data ingestion, transformation, and storage across secure environments • Design APIs, microservices, and backend systems • Oversee design of data visualization interfaces and front-end development • Design and deploy full-stack solutions with front-end and back-end components • Oversee data workflows for performance, reliability, and security in compliance with government standards • Ensure adherence to cybersecurity, data governance, and information assurance requirements • Work with multi-disciplinary engineering teams on software design and deployment • Troubleshoot complex software and data integration issues across distributed systems • Collaborate with customers in Agile development processes **Required Qualifications** • 10+ years of experience with modern programming languages (Python, Kotlin, Java, Go, TypeScript, JavaScript) • Experience with RDBMS and/or NoSQL databases (MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB, etc.) • Experience with modern front-end frameworks (Vue, React, Angular) **Preferred Qualifications** • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field • Cloud environment experience (AWS, Azure) • UI/UX design principles knowledge • Containerization experience (Docker, Kubernetes) • DevSecOps pipelines and tools experience (Gitlab, Harbor, Nexus, Argo CD, etc.) **Required Clearance** • Active Top Secret security clearance **Compensation** $157,800 – $203,100 USD (for select locations) *Accenture Federal Services is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive workplace.*
