**Senior Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer** **About the role** Accenture Federal Services is seeking a **Senior Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer** responsible for **Tier 1–3 tenant requests**, including: - Monitoring operational environments - Provisioning **Tenant VPCs** - Configuring roles and addressing tenant access requests - Escalating service requests as required **Responsibilities** - Apply expertise across multiple complex work assignments - Use originality and innovation to determine how to accomplish tasks - Develop methodology and present solutions with appreciable latitude - Contribute to deliverables and performance metrics (where applicable) **Qualifications** - **Bachelor’s degree** in an IT-related field + **7 years** implementing security principles and administering IT systems, **or** **10 years** experience with relevant technologies - Experience administrating cloud environments - Experience supporting operations and maintenance for secure information management systems (including monitoring network availability and performing maintenance to support network availability and security) - Scripting experience (e.g., **Bash, Ansible, YAML**) - **Linux** operating systems and command-line interfaces - **Amazon Web Services** and **containers** - **Windows** operating system and **Active Directory** - Experience with provisioning/installation/configuration/operation/maintenance of software and **Infrastructure-as-Code** in a **DevSecOps** and continuous delivery environment (e.g., **Terraform**) - **Platform as a Service** technology experience, including **Kubernetes** - Ability to work **shifts** (nights, weekends, and some holidays) - **Security+** certification **Nice to have** - Compliance with **DoDD 8570.01-M** IA certifications - IAT Level II baseline and computing environment certifications (e.g., **AWS certification within 30 days** of starting) **Clearance** - **Active TS/SCI required to start** **Pay (where listed)** - **$181,300 – $219,100 USD** (base pay range for the listed locations) *Note: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no fixed deadline to apply.*
