**SAP ABAP Developer Lead – Onsite in St. Louis, MO** **About the Role** Lead complex business and system analysis, design, coding, and testing for SAP projects. Align SAP project goals with broader business objectives while managing a development team. **Key Responsibilities** • Translate business requirements into detailed enterprise application design • Collaborate with SAP Functional Consultants and client teams on analysis and recommendations • Prepare programming specifications, diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts • Handle budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning • Mentor and train junior team members **Required Qualifications** • 7+ years SAP ECC and S/4HANA development experience • Expertise in SAP ABAP, OO ABAP, custom Fiori development, and Business Workflow • SAP project management experience • Team lead experience • Proficiency in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management • US Citizen (no dual citizenship) • Active Secret Clearance (minimum) • Local to St. Louis, MO OR willing to travel weekly (Mon-Thu) **Nice to Have** • Aerospace & Defense or U.S. Federal manufacturing/MRO experience • Bachelor's degree in related field **Compensation** Base pay range (CA, CO, HI, IL, ME, MD, MA, MN, NJ, NY, VT, VA, WA, DC, Cleveland): $126,300 – $243,100 USD **About Accenture Federal Services** Glassdoor Top 100 Best Place to Work.
