**SAP Plan to Perform Functional Manager (PS/SD) — Accenture Federal Services** **About the role** Accenture Federal Services is seeking an **SAP Plan to Perform Functional Manager** with specialization in **Project System (PS)** and **Sales and Distribution (SD)** to serve as a **functional architect** for federal clients. You’ll design and implement **integrated, end-to-end SAP solutions** for managing **project-driven revenue and costs**, acting as the primary SME across the **Order-to-Cash (O2C)** cycle in a project-based environment. **Key responsibilities** - Lead the design of the complete **“project-to-profit”** landscape - Architect **SD ↔ PS integration** (how sales orders drive project creation, revenue planning, and cost management) - Design **project structures** (WBS, Networks) and **billing plans** aligned to federal contract requirements - Perform expert-level **configuration** across core integrated modules - Configure sales document types, item categories, and billing plans (e.g., **Milestone Billing**, **Resource-Related Billing**) to automate invoicing based on project progress - Ensure correct **cost/revenue flow** to projects, including settlement to **CO-PA** and **FI (General Ledger)** - Steward critical integration points between **SD, PS, and FI/CO** - Ensure flawless data flow from **sales order creation → project revenue plans → posting actual costs → revenue recognition & project settlement** - Adapt PS/SD functionality to meet federal project accounting and contract fulfillment needs - Integrate with **Public Sector Management (PSM-FM)** for budget availability checks and support **USSGL** - Lead requirements workshops with stakeholders (sales, resource management, milestone tracking, customer billing, profitability reporting) - Develop and execute rigorous **end-to-end test plans** (sales order through project closure) - Manage **PS/SD data migration**, support cutover, and provide **post-go-live hypercare** **What you need** - **7+ years** hands-on experience with **SAP Project System (PS)** and **SAP Sales and Distribution (SD)** - Understanding of integration between **sales orders, project structures, and project accounting** - Proven experience configuring **both PS and SD** - Expertise in **Results Analysis (RA)**, **Milestone Billing**, **Resource-Related Billing**, and **project settlement** - Knowledge of **SAP Controlling (CO)** - Experience with **SAP Public Sector Management (PSM)**, including **PS ↔ FM** integration for project budgets/expenditures - Strong understanding of **federal financial management** **Nice to have** - Bachelor’s degree in a related field **Eligibility requirements** - **US Citizen** (no dual citizenship) - Must have an **active Secret clearance** - Willingness to travel up to **25%** **Pay range (where applicable)** - **$116,900 – $243,100 USD** *Note: Compensation varies based on factors such as location, role, skill set, and experience.
