**Jr. AI/ML Engineer** **About the Role** Join Accenture Federal Services as a Jr. Data Scientist/AI Specialist in the Annapolis Junction, MD area. Help drive positive, lasting change for US federal government missions. **What You'll Do** • Develop and implement data-driven solutions using Python and R • Conduct statistical analyses including regression, hypothesis testing, and distribution analysis • Design and train machine learning models using TensorFlow and Scikit-Learn • Perform data wrangling to clean and organize raw datasets • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights **Required Qualifications** • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or 4 years relevant experience) • Software engineering experience with C++, Python, or Go Lang • Experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, Google ADK) OR AI coding agents (Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor) • **Active TS/SCI with polygraph level security clearance** **Bonus Skills** • Strong foundation in statistics and probability • Experience with SageMaker, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn • Data wrangling and visualization expertise • NumPy, pandas, and advanced visualization tools • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities **Compensation** $80,000 – $120,000 USD (for select states and DC) **About Accenture Federal Services** Glassdoor Top 100 Best Place to Work.
