This role blends technical program management with hands-on technical expertise to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable performance of client environments. **Key Responsibilities** • Lead end-to-end program management activities including strategic planning, scope management, risk management, scheduling, and reporting • Coordinate technical workstreams across database administration, system engineering, cloud operations, and application support teams • Serve as primary integration point for cross-functional efforts related to system performance, data integrity, and modernization • Oversee environment management, release planning, configuration management, and operational readiness reviews • Ensure compliance with security, data retention, change management, and audit requirements • Collaborate with stakeholders including business owners, contractors, and government partners • Manage incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts • Provide leadership in architecture discussions involving on-premise and cloud components **Required Skills** • Oracle Database Administration (OLTP, performance tuning, schema management, PL/SQL) • Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) system administration and security hardening • Apache Web Server administration and optimization • AWS Cloud Technologies (Elastic Load Balancers, ALB/NLB) • High availability architecture experience **Bonus Skills** • Federal systems support or management experience • UKG GovTA software experience • Enterprise change control and ITIL processes • Multi-vendor and cross-organizational team management • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills **Requirements** U.S. Citizen | Work authorization required (no visa sponsorship) **Compensation** $106,300 – $221,100 USD (for CA, CO, HI, IL, ME, MD, MA, MN, NJ, NY, VT, VA, WA, DC, and Cleveland)
