**SAP Controlling (CO) Consultant (with Dassian) — Onsite in St. Louis, MO** **About the role** Design, configure, and support SAP CO processes including cost center accounting, internal orders, profitability analysis, and product costing. Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and ensure accurate reporting. Provide expert guidance across implementations, upgrades, and ongoing enhancements. **Key responsibilities** - Lead requirements gathering and solution design - Coordinate with technical counterparts to ensure functional requirements are met - Develop test strategies and manage large, complex testing efforts - Perform business process design and system analysis - Coordinate across architects, developers, technical services (e.g., BASIS, Middleware, Portal), and business analysts - Maintain, enhance, and/or develop SAP modules - Support budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning - May manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members **Here’s what you need** - 7+ years SAP ECC and S/4HANA Controlling experience - 4+ years Dassian PACE design and implementation experience - SAP Finance subject matter expertise in end-to-end Product costing (including Material Ledger) with integrations (e.g., Project Systems, Payroll, Materials Management, Finance) - Knowledge of CO functionality (e.g., Internal Order, Cost Center Accounting, Assessment, Distribution, Cost Transfer) - Experience with SAP Public Sector Financials - Knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting - Team lead experience **Nice to have** - Aerospace & Defense or U.S. Federal manufacturing/MRO project experience - Bachelor’s degree in a related field **Eligibility requirements** - US Citizens only (no dual citizenship) - Minimum active Secret Clearance - Must live local to St. Louis, MO **or** be willing to travel to St. Louis every week (Monday–Thursday) **Pay range (where applicable)** $126,300 — $243,100 USD *Note: Compensation varies by factors such as office location, role, skill set, and experience.
