**SAP S/4HANA Technical Migration Architect** **About the Role** Join Accenture Federal Services on a multi-year program to consolidate 4 SAP ECC systems into a single composable ERP platform. As the Technical Migration Architect, you'll lead the migration of existing capabilities using industry-standard tools like SNP's CrystalBridge. **Key Responsibilities** • Review and interpret results from system scans on existing SAP ECC instances • Provide insights on data harmonization, system consolidation challenges, and technical dependencies • Identify technical best practices for migrating custom developments, interfaces, and configurations to S/4HANA • Identify technical risks and mitigation strategies • Support decision-making on migration scenarios (selective data transition vs. full system conversion) • Collaborate with functional and data teams to ensure alignment between technical strategy and business requirements • Communicate technical considerations to non-technical stakeholders • May manage and mentor junior team members **Required Experience** • 4+ years with SAP ECC and S/4HANA technical architecture • Experience with SAP migration tools (SNP CrystalBridge, SAP DMLT, or equivalent) • Experience coordinating with third-party service providers • Ability to analyze system landscapes and recommend migration strategies • Familiarity with data migration and system consolidation approaches **Nice to Have** • SAP S/4HANA certification • Multi-system consolidation project experience • Bachelor's degree in related field • Team lead experience **Requirements** • US Citizen (no dual citizenship) • Eligible to obtain government Secret Clearance • Willing to travel up to 25% **Compensation** $100,200 – $203,400 USD (varies by location)
