Join a collaborative, caring community where you’re empowered to grow through hands-on experience, certifications, and industry training. **Role Summary** The Solutions Engineering Lead is the primary customer-facing architect, translating complex warfighter mission needs into feasible, end-to-end technical solutions on the **War Data Platform (WDP)**. You’ll partner with mission owners and the **Solution Consultant** team during intake to understand requirements, design solution blueprints, and ensure the approach leverages WDP services and capabilities. You will design: - High-level integration patterns - Data flows - Service compositions …and provide the architectural guidance development teams need to begin implementation. **What you need** - Meet **one** of the following: - **Advanced Degree:** Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Software Engineering - **Equivalent Training:** Completion of one of the accepted training programs (e.g., **4-11-C22 (CP)**, **4-11-C23**, or **Systems Requirements Planner (Advanced) Playlist**) - **Professional Certification:** **SecurityX / CASP+**, **GCSA**, or **GSLC** - **10+ years** of experience in Engineering - Knowledge of **Cloud**, **DevSecOps**, and **Software Engineering** - Experience solutioning with **Data & AI** - **3+ years** implementing **Big Bang**, **Iron Bank**, and/or **Kubernetes/Docker** - **3+ years** implementing **DevSecOps pipelines** in **AWS or Azure** - Expert knowledge designing end-to-end technical solutions for enterprise customers **Security Clearance** - Active **Secret**, **Top Secret**, **TS/SCI**, or **TS/SCI with Polygraph** (depending on position) **Compensation (Pay Range)** - **$135,200 – $278,500 USD** (base pay range for listed locations) *Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no fixed deadline to apply.*
