**Senior Product Engineer (DevTools & AI reliability, remote)** **About the Role** Build reliability tools for AI-native software at Checkly. You'll ship features with AI, talk directly to developers and SRE teams, and own work end-to-end from idea through production. **Key Responsibilities** • Build and ship with AI—use coding agents for full stack development • Talk to users—understand developer workflows, pain points, and feedback • Find the right problems—focus on real pain: flaky tests, unclear failures, noisy alerts • Own your work end-to-end—from shaping ideas through implementation, rollout, and production support **What You Should Have** • Shipped features with AI (not just experimented) • Built and run production software; comfortable with incidents and observability • Can hold product conversations, not just technical ones • Work well autonomously in remote setups • Located in UTC-3 to UTC+3 time zones; able to travel to Europe for annual kickoff and team meetups **Stack** AI (Codex, Claude), Vue.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Golang, Postgres, ClickHouse, AWS **What You Should Know** • AI-first culture—AI skepticism won't fit here • Async-first, document-heavy communication • Lean team—you own QA, ops, support rotation, and on-call • Constant shipping and changing priorities • Customer signals come first **Benefits** • Transparent salary: €88k–€105k (UK/Germany equivalent) or €79k–€97k (Spain/Poland/Ukraine equivalent) + stock options • 27 days paid vacation + local holidays • Paid sick leave & up to 14 weeks paid parental leave • Remote-first, flexible hours, async-first • Co-working budget or home office setup • Annual company kickoffs **Details** Fully remote, async-first, 32–40h/week.
