**Enterprise Architect (ServiceNow)** **About the Role** Pivotal position focused on enhancing and maturing the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, IT Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, CMDB/Configuration Management, Change Management, and Virtual Agent. Design scalable solutions, establish governance best practices, and develop strategic roadmaps for consistent service delivery. **What You'll Do** • Design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with IT strategy • Develop and own the roadmap for platform maturation and architectural standards • Guide technical architecture and design for efficiency, quality, and security • Facilitate solution design sessions and conduct code reviews • Optimize ITSM processes (Incident, Service Request, Problem Management) • Enhance ITOM capabilities (service discovery, event management, service mapping) • Mature HAM/SAM processes for lifecycle tracking and license compliance • Strengthen CMDB architecture for data accuracy and automated discovery • Optimize Change Management workflows • Implement integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems • Develop custom applications and functionalities • Collaborate with leadership, business units, clients, and security practitioners **What You Need** • 5+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience • ServiceNow Certified System Technical Architect, Administrator, or Application Developer • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules mentioned above • Strong understanding of ITIL framework • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web services • Experience with Federal IT Compliance and government/regulated environments • Agile methodology experience • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently • Capability to support business development and solution estimation **Requirements** • Active TS Security Clearance **Compensation** $106,300 – $221,100 USD (for select states and locations) **About Accenture Federal Services** Glassdoor Top 100 Best Place to Work.
