**ABAP Development (RAP/CDS/OData) Lead** **About the Role** Join Accenture Federal Services as an ABAP Development Lead managing RICEFW delivery across reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, workflows, and ABAP/RAP/CDS/OData development. You'll oversee technical design, build governance, code review, DevOps promotion, unit testing, and release readiness. **Key Responsibilities** • Lead RICEFW delivery across reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, workflows, and ABAP/RAP/CDS/OData development • Oversee technical design, build governance, and code review • Coordinate unit testing and support defect remediation • Support DevOps promotion and ensure release readiness • Perform performance tuning across technical components • Deliver technical designs, build/unit-test evidence, code reviews, transport inputs, defect logs, performance notes, and KT/runbook inputs **Required Qualifications** • 7+ years of experience as an ABAP Developer • RAP, CDS, and OData development experience • Experience with forms, enhancements, and Fiori extensibility • Understanding of clean core principles • Utilities data model experience • Knowledge of integration and conversion patterns **Eligibility Requirements** • U.S. Citizen (dual citizenship accepted) • Must be eligible to obtain government Public Trust clearance **Compensation** $148,800 – $306,500 USD (for select high-cost locations) **About Us** Accenture Federal Services is a Glassdoor Top 100 Best Place to Work, dedicated to helping the US federal government strengthen the nation and improve lives.
