## Configuration Manager **About the Role** Oversee the lifecycle, version control, and consistency of software, hardware, or system components. Develop configuration strategies, manage change control processes, and maintain accurate records in a Configuration Management Database (CMDB). This role blends administrative tracking, auditing, and engineering change management. **Key Responsibilities** • Develop and implement configuration management plans, policies, and procedures • Establish and maintain accurate configuration baselines for hardware, software, and documentation • Oversee engineering change requests (ECRs) • Support asset tracking accuracy and lifecycle visibility • Conduct regular configuration audits and verification tests **Required Qualifications** • 3-5+ years in IT service management, software development, or systems engineering operations • Familiarity with CMDB tools, ITIL frameworks, and version control/tracking software (Polarion, Team Foundation Server, ServiceNow) • High attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and cross-functional communication skills • Active Secret clearance **Preferred Qualifications** • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field **Compensation** $125,000 – $158,400 USD (for select states and locations) **About Accenture Federal Services** A technology company within global Accenture, dedicated to helping the US federal government across defense, national security, public safety, civilian, and military health organizations.
