**Accenture Federal Services — Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formula Development Lead** **The Work** As the Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formula Development Lead, you will design, develop, and optimize fast formulas within the Oracle Cloud HCM environment. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and ensure formulas are robust, scalable, and compliant with organizational standards. You’ll also troubleshoot and resolve complex fast formula issues and provide guidance on best practices for formula development and deployment. **Here’s what you need** - Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM fast formulas (configuration, customization, and integration with other HCM modules) - Familiarity with tools such as Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle, and related reporting/analytics platforms - Experience leading fast formula development projects, working with stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions, and maintaining documentation for ongoing support **Bonus Points if you have** - Experience leading Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formula development teams - Oracle Cloud HCM certification - Knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules (e.g., Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management), plus experience with Oracle Cloud HCM integrations and reporting **Eligibility Requirements** - U.S. Citizen **Pay Range (where applicable)** - $100,200 — $203,400 USD **Additional Notes** - Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable compensation ranges by location and offers a variety of benefits. - Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis (no fixed deadline). *Equal Employment Opportunity and accommodation statements are included in the original posting.*
