Join a collaborative, caring community where you’re empowered to grow through hands-on experience, certifications, industry training, and more. **Role Summary** As a Full Stack Developer, you will plan, design, develop, and test advanced data processing systems and dashboards within the CMS Agile XLC framework. You’ll perform application enhancements and build new products across multiple layers of the application, including UI, web server, application server, cloud hosting, database, reporting, DevOps, and application monitoring. You’ll work with technologies such as **JEE, JBoss, Ruby on Rails, MarkLogic, Red Hat, AWS, Edifecs**, and other EDI and data analytics products. You’ll collaborate closely with the Scrum Team to ensure compliance with proposed architecture and industry development standards, perform **code reviews**, and present at **PDRs** and **DDRs**. You’ll also support technical documentation, IT program requirements/metrics, data quality assessment, strategic analysis, forecasting and reporting, risk management support, and project planning activities (timelines, implementation specs, system flow diagrams, testing, and ongoing application support). **Basic Qualifications** - 3–4 years of hands-on experience with **Java**, **OOP**, **J2EE**, and microservice design fundamentals - Experience with **Agile Scrum** delivery - Strong knowledge of **multithreading** and **design patterns** - Experience with **Spring Boot and/or Quarkus** - Building and consuming **REST APIs** - Experience with integration frameworks such as **Apache Camel** - Experience with messaging systems such as **ActiveMQ**, **Kafka**, or **AWS SQS** - Proficiency with **JSON**, **XML**, and **XSD** schemas - Experience with relational and NoSQL databases - Hands-on experience with **AWS** services such as **S3**, **Lambda**, **CloudWatch**, or **RDS** - Familiarity with **Docker**; basic understanding of **Kubernetes** or **OpenShift** - Experience with **CI/CD** tools (e.g., **Jenkins**, **Git**, **Maven**) - Comfortable working in **Linux** environments - Experience with **JUnit**, **Mockito**, or similar - Familiarity with **Postman** or **SOAP UI**
