## Catalyst Wayfare AI — Agent Builder **Location:** Remote (US ET overlap) **Work Type:** Full-time / Part-time / Contract **Comp/Engagement:** 1099 contract (~20–40 hrs/week) **Travel:** Occasional US travel (where feasible) ### About the Role Catalyst Wayfare AI is an AI transformation firm that ships **production AI systems** for mid-market enterprises in regulated and technical domains (finance, energy, industrials, healthcare). You’ll help build **working agentic systems** alongside client engineering teams—small teams, deep expertise, and real autonomy. ### What You’ll Do - Hands-on delivery of key projects within **multi-agent orchestrations** - Initially build for one of the country’s leading power engineering firms - End-to-end ownership of **capability agents**, including: - Prompts - Tools - Retrieval - Deterministic checks - Evals - Monitoring - Enabling infrastructure setup ### What We’re Looking For - **3–5+ years** experience - Strong **Python** skills - Real **production LLM API** experience - Shipped multiple **agentic systems end-to-end** ### How to Apply - Apply per the JD instructions: **talent+hn@cwai.co** - **Short cover note and impressive repos matter more than a resume** **More info:** https://catalystwayfare.ai/jd-builder
