Join a collaborative, caring community where you can grow, learn, and thrive through hands-on experience, certifications, industry training, and more. **Job Description** The AI/ML Strategist will implement and manage governance frameworks for AI/ML models, including model ownership, approvals, API access, and Tier-4 governance support. You will ensure responsible AI practices across the organization by: - Developing and enforcing policies for model development, validation, and deployment - Establishing review and approval processes for AI/ML models - Implementing access controls for model APIs and services - Creating and maintaining model inventories and documentation - Defining standards for model performance monitoring and evaluation - Establishing procedures for model updates and versioning - Ensuring compliance with ethical AI principles and regulatory requirements - Coordinating with security teams to implement model security controls - Developing frameworks to identify and mitigate AI bias - Leading model governance committee activities - Creating metrics and reports on model governance compliance - Evaluating and implementing tools for model governance and compliance - Training teams on model governance procedures - Collaborating with legal and compliance teams on AI/ML risk management **Must have** - 4+ years of experience in AI/ML, LLM, data science, or data engineering - Demonstrated expertise with responsible AI practices, model risk management, and regulatory compliance **Security Clearance** - Active Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, or TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required (depending on position)
