## Adaptyv — Wildcard Application Adaptyv is building an automated lab that lets AI agents run biology experiments. We’re entering the era of **agentic science**—where AI can design novel proteins, propose hypotheses, and iterate on experimental results—but experiments are still manual and months-long. We’re building the infrastructure that gives AI agents access to the physical world. This is a rare opportunity to help advance some of the most important work happening in biotech today. --- ### What this posting is (and isn’t) This is **not** a “submit your CV and see what happens” role. We open wildcard applications only when someone comes along who is **exceptionally strong**—so strong that not having a role for them would be our mistake. If you’re applying because none of our open roles fit but you’d be “open to anything,” this isn’t for you. --- ### The BA (what we want to see) We want **proof of exceptional ability**—not a list of responsibilities or a polished CV. Lead your application with **the single most impressive thing you’ve ever done**, such as: - A project, repo, product, or company you made - Research you did or a paper you’re proud of - A hard problem you solved that others had given up on - Anything that makes us stop and think: **“How did one person do that?”** Include a **link** to it.
