**Staff Application Engineer, OneStream** **About the Role** Join Riot's Finance Tech team as a Staff OneStream Application Engineer. You'll partner with Finance and Game Ops teams to implement best-in-class solutions, enhance Riot's OneStream platform, and drive technology maturity. This role reports to the Manager of Application Engineering (Finance Tech) and includes mentoring a Junior OneStream Engineering team member. **Key Responsibilities** **Solution Design & Implementation** • Design, configure, and deploy scalable OneStream solutions for business processes and reporting • Serve as SME on OneStream capabilities, MarketPlace solutions, and upgrade planning • Create technical documentation including data flow diagrams, cube design specs, and integration mapping **Architecture & Performance Optimization** • Define and implement best practices for metadata management, cube design, and security modeling • Perform performance tuning, testing, debugging, and system audits • Support OneStream product roadmap planning with business stakeholders **Administration & Governance** • Establish best practices for OneStream administration and metadata management • Develop change management processes and user training programs • Coach and mentor technical and non-technical users **Required Qualifications** • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience • 8+ years hands-on EPM platform experience (Oracle Hyperion, SAP BPC, etc.) • 4+ years OneStream implementation and development at global scale • Deep Master Data Management (MDM) experience in financial systems • High proficiency in SQL & VB.Net, Dashboard XFBR rules, and dynamic calculations • Experience with complex integrations (Coupa, Concur, Workday, etc.) • Enterprise-wide hierarchy management and multi-source cube design expertise • Dashboard, Cube Views, and XFGetCell reporting expertise **Desired Qualifications** • Certified OneStream Professional (OCP) Lead Architect • GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory audit compliance knowledge • OneStream AI capabilities and MarketPlace solution experience • Integration platform experience (Workato, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) • Fast-paced transformation project experience **Why Riot** We prioritize work/life balance with open PTO, flexible schedules, medical/dental/life insurance, parental leave, and 401k matching.
