**Change Management Intern (Summer 2027)** **About Zipline** Zipline is the world's largest and most experienced drone delivery service, operating on four continents and completing millions of deliveries of blood, vaccines, medical supplies, food, and retail products. We design, build, and operate the world's largest autonomous logistics system. **About the NPI Team** The New Product Introduction (NPI) team moves hardware design changes and brand-new products from concept through large-scale production and commercial use, coordinating across design, testing, supply chain, quality, manufacturing, and field operations. **About The Role** Help us process and implement changes at high volume and velocity. This role will unlock our ability to expand across the United States and beyond while maintaining design improvement velocity. **What You'll Do** • Build a tool that visualizes hardware changes over time and highlights capabilities at specified timestamps • Build a tool that evaluates configuration compatibility across hardware revisions • Build a user interface for submitting engineering changes that standardizes information and generates summaries **What You'll Bring** • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, computer science, information systems, data science, or related technical field • Experience building software, data, dashboard, or automation tools • Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, SQL, APIs, spreadsheets, databases, or low-code platforms • Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills • Ability to gather requirements and turn ambiguous problems into clear workflows • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Detail-oriented and organized **What Else You Should Know** • Full-time, in-person position at South San Francisco office • May/June to August/September 2027 • Zipline is unable to sponsor work visas • Benefits may include relocation support, housing stipend, overtime pay, and paid sick time • Limit: 3 applications per 30-day period • Equal opportunity employer
