**Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Lead** **About the Role** Natera is seeking a hands-on Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Lead within IS&T to serve as the single functional owner and key point of contact for Supply Chain & Manufacturing leadership across an aggressive Oracle Fusion SCM transformation. This role owns Oracle Fusion SCM end-to-end, from roadmap and backlog to hands-on configuration, delivery, and adoption. **Key Responsibilities** • **Product Ownership** – Own product vision, roadmap, sprint planning, and backlog for Procurement, Purchasing, Demand Planning & MRP, Product Data Hub, Manufacturing, Inventory & Costing, and Logistics & Fulfillment • **SCM Domain Delivery** – Serve as sole accountable owner for all Oracle Fusion SCM net-new initiatives from design through go-live • **Business Partnership** – Act as primary POC for Supply Chain, Operations, and Manufacturing leadership; translate requirements into system design • **MSP Governance** – Direct and govern offshore managed service partner for keep-the-lights-on (KTLO) support • **Solution Delivery** – Perform hands-on functional configuration, setups, controls, and process improvements • **Compliance & Controls** – Own SOX-compliant operational controls across Purchase, Manufacturing, Costing, and Inventory workflows • **Intelligent Automation** – Design and implement AI and automation across supply chain planning, inventory, logistics, and manufacturing • **Data & Integrations** – Collaborate on extensions and integration of adjacent supply chain applications (LIMS, logistics, PLM, QMS, MES) • **Reporting & Analytics** – Deliver dashboards, KPIs, and insights using Oracle tools (BIP/OTBI) • **Process Optimization** – Spend time onsite with business to understand workflows and suggest improvements **Required Qualifications** • 12+ years hands-on experience owning/supporting Supply Chain ERP platforms with Oracle ERP expertise • Demonstrated hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM (functional configuration, data analysis, testing, production support) • Deep functional expertise across Demand Planning, PDH, MRP/Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Inventory, Logistics, and Costing • Proven experience with PLM/NIR workflows, quality processes, and regulated manufacturing environments • Offshore MSP management experience • Executive communication skills and ability to partner with Supply Chain VPs and senior leadership • Experience utilizing AI capabilities in Supply Chain transformation • Strong SOX, audit, and regulated-environment experience • Proven ability to drive platform adoption and measurable value realization • Thrives in aggressive, high-velocity environments • Strong project/program management skills and Agile/iterative delivery experience **Preferred Qualifications** • Big 4 or Tier-1 consulting firm experience (Deloitte, Accenture, EY, PwC) • Oracle Fusion SCM certifications • CPIM, CSCP, CPSM or equivalent Supply Chain credentials • Life sciences, diagnostics, or medical device industry experience • Experience in regulated manufacturing environments **Compensation & Benefits** **Salary Range:** $154,600 – $193,300 USD **Total Rewards Include:** • Annual performance incentive bonus • Long-term equity awards • Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision) • 401(k) with company match • Generous paid time off and company holidays • Wellness and work-life benefits • Free genetic testing for employees and immediate families • Fertility care benefits • P
