Our Lattice OS—an AI-powered operating system—turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. **About the Team** The Tactical Effects team develops aerial small drones (Group 1-3) and all equipment to test, deploy, and operate. We're responsible for taking products like Ghost, Anvil, and Bolt from concepts to operational systems. **About the Role** You'll ensure the reliability and mission readiness of Anduril's autonomous sUAS systems: • **Anvil** — Autonomous interceptor defeating airborne threats • **Bolt** — Compact, expeditionary autonomous air vehicle for ISR and precision engagement • **Ghost** — Expeditionary modular UAS delivering quiet, autonomous ISR and targeting You'll lead efforts to mitigate operational issues, resolve field failures, conduct root cause analysis, and manage fleet-wide incidents. **Key Responsibilities** • Sustain deployments across Ghost, Bolt, and Anvil platforms • Triage, diagnose, and root cause product incidents • Improve fleet observability and health telemetry • Analyze system failure data to drive proactive sustainment • Support global customers through incident management • Evaluate product capabilities based on customer feedback • Coordinate technical efforts across multiple functions • Travel as required to support customer needs **Required Qualifications** • BA/BS with 2+ years professional experience • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills • Technical aptitude across hardware, software, and networking • Proven ability to master and support technical systems operationally • Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication • Eligible to obtain and maintain U.S. Secret Security clearance **Preferred Qualifications** • UAS support/deployment experience (DoD contractor or end user) • Incident-driven workflow experience • On-call support operations in limited risk tolerance environments • Sustainment and reliability process experience • Ordnance systems or combat arms experience • Data analytics and trend analysis skills • Observability tools (Grafana, PagerDuty) and dev tools (Git, Jira) • Unix-like shell experience (Bash, Zsh) • Palantir Foundry experience • Military, DoD, or Government agency background • Willingness to work non-standard hours **Compensation** 💰 $98,000 – $130,000 USD Competitive equity grants and top-tier benefits included for full-time employees.
