**Senior TPM, Mathematical Software & Algorithms** **About the Role** Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to oversee development and delivery of Battlespace Awareness software for critical defense programs. This role requires strong technical expertise in software development, optimization, and estimation, combined with experience managing complex projects across multiple teams and stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** • **Project Leadership**: Develop detailed execution plans covering feature development, testing, deployment, and monitoring • **Technical Expertise**: Maintain deep understanding of algorithms for battle management, threat prediction, tracking, and classification • **Documentation & Process**: Ensure comprehensive project documentation and continuously improve management processes • **Release Management**: Oversee software release planning and execution with quality assurance • **Stakeholder Communication**: Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external communications • **Resource Allocation**: Assess and manage personnel, software, and hardware resources • **Risk Management**: Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies • **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work across divisions to ensure integration and program alignment **Required Qualifications** • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field • Extensive project management experience in software development • Understanding of optimization, applied probability, and AI/ML technology • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) • Ability to manage high-pressure situations and tight deadlines • Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance **Preferred Qualifications** • Experience with Army Air & Missile Defense, USMC Ground Based Air Defense, SOCOM, DHS CBP, or allied defense organizations • Experience developing mathematical software (optimization solvers, estimation engines, simulation frameworks, applied probability models) • Knowledge of counter-UAS and air surveillance landscape
