Anduril’s family of systems is powered by **Lattice OS**, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a real-time, 3D command and control center. **About the Team (Anduril Intelligence Systems - AIS)** AIS focuses on positioning Anduril as a lead provider of specialized engineering and products for **Intelligence Community (IC)** customers. The team works within the IC to understand requirements, shape concepts of operation, and deliver critical capabilities to address pressing national security needs. --- ## What You’ll Do - Design and implement **secure CI/CD pipelines** for automated build, test, and deployment across multiple enclaves - Collaborate with software engineers to optimize build/test processes, reduce deployment friction, and integrate security controls early - Partner with tactical software developers to identify pain points and architect durable solutions - Build **Infrastructure-as-Code** frameworks (e.g., **Terraform, Ansible**) to provision and configure dev/test/prod environments - Automate security compliance workflows, including **STIG scanning**, vulnerability assessment, configuration validation, and compliance reporting for continuous monitoring - Develop **containerization and orchestration** solutions (e.g., **Docker, Kubernetes**) tailored for classified networks with appropriate hardening - Create **monitoring and logging** infrastructure to support security operations, troubleshooting, and incident response - Work with system administrators and **ISSM/ISSO** personnel to ensure deployed systems meet customer security requirements --- ## Required Qualifications - **5+ years** of experience and a **Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) - Strong hands-on experience with **CI/CD** tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar) - Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as **Python** and **Bash** - Understanding of software engineering fundamentals (design patterns, testing, version control, debugging) - Familiarity with **Infrastructure-as-Code** (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or similar) - Working knowledge of containerization (**Docker**) and orchestration (**Kubernetes**, Docker Swarm) - Understanding of **Linux system administration**, networking, and scripting (Python, Bash) - Ability to **maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance** at a minimum --- ## Preferred Qualifications - Experience deploying/maintaining systems in **classified DoD or IC** environments - Hands-on experience with **ATO processes**, **STIG implementation**, and continuous monitoring for accredited systems - Proficiency in **Python package development** - Familiarity with **SCAP-compliant scanning** tools (OpenSCAP, Nessus, ACAS) and automated compliance frameworks - Experience with secure software supply chain practices (artifact signing, **SBOM**) - Knowledge of **zero-trust architectures** and microsegmentation in Kubernetes environments - Experience with **GitOps** workflows and declarative infrastructure management - Proficiency with observability/monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk) - Understanding of **PKI**, certificate management, and secrets management (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager) -
