We’re building modern, integrated solutions that enable scaling hardware production with software velocity. In the ArsenalOS future state, users won’t experience the lifecycle as disconnected silos. A design change propagates into the **bill of materials, planning systems, work instructions, quality workflows, and supplier-facing systems** with minimal lag. Production issues surface immediately to the teams responsible for design, manufacturing, supplier performance, and sustainment. Field signals flow upstream fast enough to influence the next build of a product. ### About the Job We’re looking for an experienced **PLM Software Engineer** with strong **Teamcenter**, **database**, and **infrastructure** expertise to join the **ArsenalOS PLM** team. In this role, you will: - Develop **mission-critical Teamcenter customizations and integrations** - Help own the **database and infrastructure** behind the PLM platform - Build **custom ITK services**, **SOA integrations**, **Active Workspace extensions**, **workflows**, and **enterprise integrations** across CAD, ERP, MES, manufacturing, and engineering systems - **Install, configure, tune, patch, and upgrade** Teamcenter and its database - Own **performance**, **backups and recovery**, **high availability**, **monitoring**, and **disaster-recovery readiness** You’ll work with engineering teams to solve challenges involving **product data, BOMs, change management, and configuration management**, and ensure solutions operate reliably at **enterprise scale**. ### What We Value - Technical depth - Operational excellence - Ownership - Clean architecture - Pragmatic execution ### Tooling / Automation You should be comfortable automating recurring work using **PowerShell, Python, Bash, and CI/CD**. *Note: The provided job description appears truncated after “You should be comfortable with:”*
