## Anduril Industries — C++ Engineer, High-Performance Systems ### About the Team Anduril’s Air & Missile Defense Radar team develops cutting-edge tracking algorithms and software systems that detect, track, and characterize airborne threats in real-time. Working in small, focused teams, our software engineers design and implement sophisticated tracking solutions that protect lives and critical assets—spanning novel multi-target tracking algorithms and high-performance distributed systems that process massive amounts of sensor data in milliseconds. We don’t just publish papers; we deploy production-grade systems that government and industry customers depend on for mission-critical operations. If you’re passionate about applying mathematics, software engineering, and signal processing to solve complex real-world problems, we want to hear from you. ### What You Will Do - Design and implement advanced tracking algorithms for novel air and missile threats, including multi-target tracking, track fusion, and discrimination techniques - Develop high-performance, real-time software systems that process radar sensor data and maintain tracks on dozens to hundreds of simultaneous targets - Build and leverage modeling & simulation environments to validate tracking performance, quantify system capabilities, and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate directly with radar engineers and system architects to integrate tracking solutions into end-to-end defense systems
