Drive technical initiatives across Salesforce, Agentforce, Workato, Zapier, and broader GTM stack. Strategic leadership role partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Finance, and Revenue Operations. **Key Responsibilities:** • Architect enterprise GTM systems and lead AI-powered workflow implementation using Salesforce Agentforce • Design and oversee advanced Salesforce solutions (Flow, Apex, custom objects, APIs) • Drive scalable system design using OOP principles and enterprise architecture best practices • Own integration strategy across GTM stack using middleware, APIs, and webhooks • Leverage Claude Code and AI tools for rapid prototyping and solution building • Design enterprise data models for customer propensity and lead/account scoring • Mentor GTM engineers and establish best practices for code reviews, testing, and deployment **Required Qualifications:** • 7+ years GTM Engineering, Business Systems Architecture, or similar role • Expert-level Salesforce architecture (data modeling, APIs, automation, security) • Proven technical project leadership across multi-platform GTM stacks • Deep expertise in OOP (Apex, Python, JavaScript) and modular design • Enterprise integration experience (Workato, Zapier, REST APIs, middleware) • Experience designing/configuring advanced AI solutions (e.g., Salesforce Agentforce) • Strong strategic problem-solving and technical communication skills **Preferred Qualifications:** • Salesforce Architect certifications • Deep expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Service Cloud • Advanced experience with Model Context Protocol, RAG, semantic search • CI/CD pipeline experience (Git, Gearset, Salesforce CLI) • Knowledge of GTM platforms (Clay, LeanData, Gainsight, ZoomInfo, 6sense, Clari) • Enterprise-scale propensity modeling experience **Compensation & Benefits:** Estimated total compensation: $200,000 - $220,000 (base + bonus).
