**Applications Administrator — Home Lending** **Overview** Join SoFi’s Corporate Applications team, focused on Home Lending applications. You’ll own the administration, reliability, configuration, integrations, and ongoing operation of critical Home Lending technology (including Encompass 360, Blend, NICE inContact, SoFi-developed applications, and other enterprise platforms). **What You’ll Do** - Independently administer and support Encompass 360, Blend, and other Home Lending applications (configuration, business rules, workflows, security, access, integrations, and maintenance). - Own complex application workflows and operational processes to keep systems reliable, secure, scalable, and aligned to business needs. - Evaluate complex/ambiguous requirements, assess risks and alternatives, and implement solutions within security and change management standards. - Serve as an escalation point for complex issues; perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective/preventative improvements. - Design and implement automation to reduce manual effort, improve reliability, strengthen controls, and enhance employee/business experience. - Develop and maintain scripts, APIs, integrations, and automated workflows for provisioning/deprovisioning, data management, and other operational processes. - Own and improve integrations across Home Lending platforms, internal SoFi apps, identity platforms, third-party vendors, and enterprise systems. - Partner with Home Lending stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. - Recommend and implement improvements to application standards, procedures, configurations, and operational methods. - Assess operational/security/regulatory/business risk for application changes and make day-to-day technical decisions, escalating when needed. - Lead technical execution for assigned application projects, coordinating across multiple teams and vendors. - Own application onboarding and technical enablement for investors, partners, servicers, vendors, and new Home Lending products (configuration, access, integrations, testing, documentation, production readiness). - Continually audit application configurations, privileged access, roles/permissions, and administrative controls for governance alignment. - Support internal/external/regulatory/SOX audit requests and strengthen application controls as needed. - Maintain application data integrity and security (databases, configuration, imports/exports, and application-level data management). - Create and maintain technical documentation (runbooks, architecture references, support procedures, configuration standards, troubleshooting guides). - Create and maintain policies/processes/procedures aligned with security, risk, privacy, regulatory, and operational requirements. - Communicate technical concepts, risks, recommendations, and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Contribute to platform planning and roadmap recommendations (architecture, integrations, automation, lifecycle management, operational improvements). - Share technical knowledge and best practices to help resolve issues at lower support tiers. **What You’ll Need** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT (or related) or equivalent relevant experience. - 2+ years of experience in enterprise application administration/support, systems administration, or related technical work. - Experience independently administering, configuring, deploying, maintaining, and
