**Senior IAM Engineer** **THE POSITION** FanDuel is seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join its Enterprise Identity Engineering team as a technical specialist driving identity governance and access control across the organization. This role will help architect and implement identity solutions that strengthen security posture while enabling seamless business operations. **THE GAME PLAN** - Design and implement a comprehensive IAM architecture spanning cloud platforms (AWS), SaaS applications, infrastructure, and on-premises systems—aligned with security frameworks and best practices (NIST, CSA CCM, SOC2, PCI-DSS, GLI-GSF) - Own the IAM lifecycle: identity schema design, user provisioning/deprovisioning workflows, access request/approval processes, periodic access reviews and recertification, and governance automation - Architect and implement MFA, SSO, and identity federation solutions across diverse platforms and applications - Develop and maintain IAM automation using APIs, infrastructure-as-code, and workflow orchestration to scale access management and reduce manual overhead - Drive Terraform adoption for identity infrastructure-as-code management, including version-controlled CI/CD pipelines across Okta, C1, and other identity platforms - Build continuous identity monitoring and analytics to detect access anomalies, privilege escalation risks, and unauthorized activity; support identity-related incident response with forensic analysis and remediation - Build and maintain custom application connectors to support JML (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) lifecycle flows *Note: Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support evolving business requirements.*
