**Manager, Site Reliability Engineering** **About Form Energy** Form Energy is revolutionizing energy storage with cost-effective, multi-day technology for grid reliability. We've been recognized by TIME, MIT Technology Review, and Fast Company for our innovation. **The Role** Lead our Site Reliability Engineering function to maintain reliability, availability, and supportability of deployed energy storage systems. You'll own fleet health monitoring, incident response, field triage, engineering escalation, and operational readiness. As we scale from early deployments to a growing commercial fleet, you'll build scalable processes through automation, tooling, and product improvements. **Key Responsibilities** • Lead Product Operations with DevOps-first approach to fleet monitoring and incident response • Build highly automated operating model for rapidly growing deployed fleet • Establish incident management processes, severity definitions, and escalation paths • Coordinate cross-functional engineering response across software, firmware, controls, hardware, and field service • Develop diagnostic playbooks and operational tooling • Partner with Data, Analytics, and Cloud teams on telemetry and monitoring • Define operational readiness for new product releases • Analyze incidents to drive reliability improvements • Establish and track operational metrics (availability, incident frequency, MTTR, etc.) • Build team, processes, and on-call model for scaling operations **What You'll Bring** • 12+ years supporting complex production, industrial, energy, infrastructure, or cyber-physical systems • Technical leadership or people management experience • Proven track record leading production incident response and root-cause investigation • Experience leading SRE/DevOps teams in highly automated environments • Strong cross-functional diagnostic and coordination skills • Experience with monitoring, observability, alerting, and reliability practices • Bachelor's in engineering, computer science, or related field (or equivalent) **Benefits** 100% medical, dental, vision premiums for employees; 80% for dependents • 12+ weeks paid parental leave • Generous vacation • Stock options • Competitive salary **Equal Opportunity Employer** | Relocation assistance available | #LI-TR1
