With 43+ million Members and a growing network of partners worldwide, CLEAR's secure identity platform transforms how people live, work, and travel. **The Role** Join our SOC team to strengthen our ability to detect, investigate, and respond to evolving security threats. You'll lead complex investigations, improve threat detection and response capabilities, and develop the analysts and programs around you. **What You'll Do** • Lead complex investigations of security events across corporate networks, endpoints, data centers, cloud environments, and critical systems • Develop, tune, and optimize threat detection logic across SIEM, EDR, and other security platforms • Partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, and other teams to investigate threats and drive remediation • Apply threat intelligence, data, automation, and AI-enabled tools to identify emerging attack patterns • Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to junior analysts • Evaluate detection coverage against evolving threats and frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK • Lead improvements to Security Operations workflows, procedures, and tooling • Communicate technical findings and risk to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Participate in on-call rotation for critical security events **What You're Great At** • 8+ years cybersecurity experience, including 5+ years in security operations, threat detection, or incident response • Deep knowledge of SIEM, EDR, and security monitoring technologies • Experience with threat intelligence frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, ISO 27001) • Proficiency with data, automation, scripting, and AI-enabled security tools • Strong analytical judgment and cross-functional collaboration skills • Certifications such as GCIH, GCIA, or OSCP (a plus) **Compensation & Benefits** Base Salary: $145,000 - $170,000 (based on skills and experience) Comprehensive benefits include healthcare, family-building support, flexible time off, wellness stipend, free OneMedical memberships, CLEAR Plus membership, and 401(k) with employer match. **Equal Opportunity** CLEAR provides equal employment consideration and reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities.
