**Senior Software Engineer, Enterprise Commerce – Data (SFCC)** **About Algolia** Algolia is a pioneer and market leader in AI Search, powering 18,000+ businesses with blazing-fast, predictive search experiences. We process over 30 billion search requests weekly and serve customers like Under Armour, PetSmart, Stripe, and Walgreens. **The Role** The Enterprise Commerce - Data team designs and supports integrations enabling customers to seamlessly link their commerce platforms with Algolia. You'll own the Salesforce B2C Commerce (SFCC) integration's architecture, scalability, and technical direction. **What You'll Do** • Design, develop, and evolve the SFCC integration with full ownership of architecture and long-term direction • Own technical work from design through delivery and ongoing improvement • Write technical RFCs and contribute to architecture decisions • Improve quality, reliability, and maintainability • Investigate and resolve complex integration issues across teams • Provide technical input for roadmap planning and effort estimates **What You Bring** • Extensive SFCC experience with deep knowledge of SFRA, cartridges, hooks, jobs, services, and B2C Commerce APIs • Strong JavaScript skills with requireJs, TypeScript, and Node.js • Experience integrating commerce platforms with external APIs • Solid software engineering fundamentals including automated testing and code quality • Ability to own complex technical problems and implement reliable solutions • Strong technical communication and documentation skills • Collaborative approach with willingness to learn and share knowledge • Alignment with Algolia's Core Values: Grit, Trust, Care, Candor, and Humility • Excellent English communication skills **Nice to Have** • Experience with Algolia, search, or indexing systems • React and headless commerce experience • Adobe Commerce and PHP experience • Adobe Commerce Cloud Service (ACCS) and Adobe App Builder • Other enterprise commerce platforms • Experience building or maintaining cartridges, plugins, SDKs, or open-source software **Compensation & Benefits** Base Salary: $163,000 – $214,000 USD **Work Environment** Flexible workplace model with offices in Paris, NYC, London, Sydney, and Bucharest. Remote and hybrid-remote options available depending on role and location.
