You’ll help build and modernize the platforms behind **provider search** and **content experiences**. You’ll write code, ship features, and help move our **widget platform** forward—working closely with a collaborative, cross-functional squad. --- ## Where You’ll Be - **Location:** Charlotte Metro Area (**Fort Mill, SC**) | **Hybrid** - **In-office:** Tuesday–Thursday each week - **Remote:** Mondays and Fridays (optional) - **Office address:** 1101 Red Ventures Dr, Fort Mill, SC 29707 --- ## What You’ll Do - Design, build, and ship features across the **widget platform** and **content systems** (from requirements through production) - Partner with Product, Technical Project Management, and engineers to scope work, estimate effort, and plan sprints - Write clean, well-tested code and participate actively in code review - Help modernize legacy code as the team migrates toward a **React/TypeScript** stack - Debug and resolve issues across the stack, supporting production systems as part of an **on-call rotation** - Collaborate with QA on testing strategy and help improve automated test coverage - Use **AI tools** to speed up day-to-day development work - Contribute to a healthy team culture: clear communication, constructive code review, and shared ownership of quality --- ## What We’re Looking For **Required:** - Bachelor’s degree in computer science/software engineering (or related) **or equivalent experience** - **2+ years** software development experience, focused on large-scale applications and web development - Full stack experience (comfortable across front-end and back-end) - **1+ years** hands-on experience with **React** - Strong **JavaScript** fundamentals - Experience using **AI tools** for code generation, with good judgment on when AI is appropriate - Experience working with **REST and/or GraphQL** APIs *(Additional requirements were cut off in the provided description.)*
