Backed by Sequoia Capital, Coatue Management, NVIDIA, Snowflake and other leading investors, we have been in business for over a decade but are still a small team operating with the spirit of a startup. **What your impact will be** As a new grad Software Engineer at Domino, you'll work alongside talented engineers to build the platform that powers how data science is done at some of the world's largest companies. Our new grad engineers contribute across the full stack - from backend services and APIs, to frontend features, to integrations with cloud providers like AWS, Azure, and GCP. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on critical and high-visibility projects from day one. **What we look for** • Strong computer science fundamentals and experience with modern software engineering practices • Proficiency with one or more of: Python, Go, TypeScript, React, GraphQL, Kubernetes, Docker, Postgres, Redis, Kafka • Excitement about learning new technologies and contributing to scalable enterprise systems • Graduating in Spring 2027, pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field **What we value** • Diverse team with people of all backgrounds, genders, ethnicities, abilities, and sexual orientations • Growth mindset and high-performing creative individuals • Truth-seeking and authenticity at work • Continuous improvement mindset • Teaching and learning environment **Compensation & Benefits** US Base Salary: $150,000 - $165,000 USD May be eligible for sign-on bonus and/or relocation assistance.
