Founded in 2014, Maven has raised $425M+ and earned recognition including TIME100 Most Influential Companies, CNBC Disruptor 50, and Fortune Best Places to Work. **About the Role** You'll work across clinical product, member experience, and AI/healthcare initiatives—building cross-functional reporting that gives every team a shared view of what's working and why. This role focuses on the connective tissue between surfaces, surfacing insights that only appear when looking across the entire experience. **Key Responsibilities** • Own key cross-functional reports end-to-end, understanding metrics and how teams use them for decisions • Consolidate fragmented reporting into a coherent, shared view across all product areas • Surface cross-surface insights and translate them into clear direction for stakeholders • Partner on scalable data architecture (SQL, Python) to reduce one-off requests • Define success metrics with Product, Engineering, and Operations partners • Establish shared language, standards, and best practices across teams **Minimum Qualifications** • 5+ years analytics or data science experience with cross-functional work • Fluency in SQL, DBT, and strong data visualization skills • Proficiency with Tableau or Looker • Hands-on Python or R experience • Experience designing scalable data structures and reporting • Ability to balance strategic projects with urgent requests • Excellent collaboration and communication skills **Preferred Qualifications** • Event-based data experience • Experimentation and/or statistical modeling knowledge • Experience building shared measurement frameworks or metrics layers **Compensation & Benefits** $174,000 - $205,000/year + equity + benefits • Maven for Mavens platform access • 16 weeks 100% paid parental leave • 401K matching with immediate vesting • Professional development stipend & career coaching • Hybrid work (NYC: 3 days/week onsite; other cities: monthly in-person days) **Requirements** Active US work authorization required.
