You'll work directly with our CEO, sales, and engineering teams on: • Running proof-of-concepts and guiding customer onboarding • Recommending best practices for specific architectures and use cases • Ensuring customer activation, satisfaction, and question resolution • Leading demo and discovery calls alongside account executives • Gathering customer feedback to inform product roadmap • Hosting webinars and knowledge-sharing sessions • Improving documentation based on customer insights **Requirements** • Prior experience in development, systems engineering, or DevOps • Strong written and verbal communication skills • High ownership mindset and ability to operate in ambiguity • Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco **Bonus Skills** • Familiarity with secret management or developer security platforms • Understanding of DevSecOps infrastructure • Startup or fast-scaling environment experience • Developer community involvement or public speaking experience • Prior customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, DevRel) • Enterprise account support experience **Growth Opportunities** • Drive technical success across a growing customer base • Influence product roadmap based on customer needs • Help build customer success and go-to-market functions **Team & Benefits** Remote-first team with strong San Francisco presence.
