**Peraton — SITEC (Systems Engineer) | MacDill AFB (Florida)** **Responsibilities** - Lead integration of **Active Directory** infrastructure with **network, security, messaging, remote access, and virtualized environments**. - Develop and enforce **best practices** for **Windows infrastructure support**. - Oversee the full lifecycle of critical IT services, including **planning, deployment, and maintenance**. - Architect and administer **RBAC permissions** in a **multi-tenant enterprise** environment. - Mentor **Directory Service administrators** and support knowledge transfer. - Drive innovation and adoption of new technologies to improve mission readiness. - Manage a geographically dispersed set of sites with **multiple domain controllers** across various networks to ensure **high availability and resilience**. - May require **shift and weekend work**. **Required Qualifications** - **12+ years** with a **High School degree**; **10+ years** with an **AS/AA**; **8+ years** with a **BS/BA**; **6+ years** with an **MS/MA**; **3+ years** with a **PhD**. - **DoD 8570 IAT II** certification. - **DoD TS/SCI clearance**. - Must be **DoD 8140 compliant** under **Work Role Code 451 — System Administrator (Intermediate or higher)**. - Mastery of system engineering processes and techniques. - Experience with **Active Directory delegation** and security models. - Expertise in **Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019** and related client products. - Extensive experience designing/deploying **Active Directory**, **Domain Controller management**, **DFS**, and **RBAC** in large-scale environments (**80K+ users**). **Desired Qualifications** - **VMware Certified Professional (VCP)** OR **Microsoft Certified Expert** (relevant to role) OR **Nutanix Certified Advanced Professional** OR **Microsoft 365 Certified Enterprise Administration Expert** OR **Azure Solutions Architect** OR **Azure DevOps Engineer**. - Experience in an enterprise environment. - Expertise designing/maintaining/managing **domain/forest trusts** and **directory/forest/domain replication**. - Experience constructing/promoting/managing multiple **domain controllers**. - Experience with **Linux (Red Hat)**. **Target Salary Range** - **$104,000 – $166,000** (varies by experience, education, skills, location, and contract/business factors).
