**Platform Support Engineer** **About Braintrust** Agent observability platform used by teams at Notion, Stripe, Box, OpenAI, and Cloudflare to trace agents, find issues, and run evals. **The Role** Join a small, high-ownership team as the technical front line for infrastructure, performance, and reliability. Work with customers running Braintrust in their own AWS, Azure, and GCP accounts. **What You'll Do** • Own customer-facing support for hybrid and self-hosted deployments across AWS, Azure, and GCP • Debug infrastructure problems: Kubernetes, Terraform, networking, IAM, TLS • Diagnose performance and reliability issues using logs, metrics, and traces • Lead incident response for customer-impacting issues • Ship fixes via PRs to backend services and deployment tooling • Build diagnostics, health checks, and self-service tooling • Write and maintain runbooks and deployment documentation • Participate in on-call rotation for critical issues **What We're Looking For** • Experience in customer-facing technical roles (Support Engineering, SRE, DevOps, Solutions Architecture, or Infrastructure Engineering) • Strong Kubernetes fundamentals • Hands-on Terraform and depth in at least one major cloud (AWS preferred) • Comfort in backend codebases (Python, TypeScript, or Go) • Fluency with observability tooling • Clear communication under pressure and strong ownership mentality **Bonus Points** • Self-hosted/on-prem enterprise software experience • Multi-cloud experience (Azure or GCP) • Database and data-infrastructure depth • Observability, ML infrastructure, or developer platform experience • LLM APIs and agent evaluation knowledge **Benefits** Medical, dental, vision insurance • Daily lunch, snacks, beverages • Flexible time off • Competitive salary and equity • Wifi & cellphone stipend
