We operate globally from offices in NYC, Boston, San Francisco, Seattle, London, Dubai, and Washington, D.C. **About the Role** We're seeking a Senior Director of Engineering to lead the architecture, software and application management, integrations, and reliability of platforms powering Keystone's operations. You'll sit at the intersection of IT, Product, and Engineering, evolving our technology stack into a coherent, resilient operating environment. **Key Priorities** • Invest in architecture for scale and resilience—hardening integrations, data flows, and platform foundations • Invest deliberately in AI as leverage for consultants and operators—automating effort and scaling capability **What You'll Do** **Engineering Ownership & Execution** • Own the engineering charter for Keystone's platform portfolio end-to-end • Translate IT/Product and business priorities into technical roadmaps and engineering backlogs • Set standards for system design, deployment, security, and operations across the estate • Contribute hands-on judgment on prototypes, technical spikes, and complex integration work • Lead a development team on product and platform development; establish DevOps practices and telemetry **Architecture, Scale & Resilience** • Own the multi-year technical architecture for our SaaS ecosystem, cloud infrastructure, data platform, integration fabric, and internally-built products • Evolve architecture as the firm scales into new geographies, practices, and consultant volumes **Work Environment** Hybrid role with minimum 3 days per week in office.
