This team builds and operates common services, SDKs, APIs, and customer-facing applications that connect Shield’s products. These capabilities: - Reduce duplicated engineering - Create a consistent Shield experience across product types --- ## What You’ll Do - Work across the stack: **customer-facing web applications**, **backend services**, and **product integrations** - Partner with product and engineering teams to understand shared needs - Turn ambiguous problems into durable solutions - Own your work end-to-end: **design → production operation** - Help shape new capabilities and contribute to architectural decisions - Build **secure, reliable systems** for external customers and internal engineering teams --- ## Notes This is a **product-oriented engineering role** with meaningful technical ownership.
