**Manager, Analytics Engineering** **Location:** Cincinnati, OH **Schedule:** Hybrid **Travel:** 3-5 times per year **About the Role** Lead a team responsible for transforming raw data into governed, reusable, and scalable analytics assets. Manage dbt models, semantic layers (LookML), and BI frameworks that empower the company with trusted, self-service insights. This role combines hands-on expertise in modern analytics engineering with team leadership and strategic alignment. **What You'll Do** **Team Leadership** • Lead, manage, and train a team of data visualization engineers and professionals • Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, collaboration, and improvement • Oversee resource allocation, prioritization, and project delivery • Provide mentorship and guidance, cultivating accountability and growth • Develop frameworks and methodologies that improve data asset design and delivery **Data Strategy & Execution** • Develop and implement analytics engineering strategies aligned with business objectives • Focus on repeatable, scalable, and automated solutions • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of all data assets • Collaborate with Data Engineering, Reporting, and Analytics teams • Align data products with business priorities **About PatientPoint** Join a leading digital health company creating positive change in healthcare.
